Alix Cherowbrier is a thinker and creative who has spent the past eight years working on defining the future for brands across the world, from retail through to multi-sensorial experiences. She is currently working with immersive sensorial experiences studio Bompas & Parr on the firm's annual Future of Food reports. She also develops brand experience strategies and generates innovative ideas for clients. Alix is driven by future trends, which she defines by soaking up current culture and consumer behaviour shifts to identify the niche patterns that spark the next big thing.
