Dmitri Williams is a professor and consultant, based in Los Angeles at the USC Annenberg School for Communication. His expertise is in influence measurement in commercial databases, as well as consumer psychology and community. He uses large-scale data as well as traditional methods including experiments, surveys, and interviews.
His past projects have involved user acquisition, due diligence for large acquisitions, competitive analysis and churn modelling, strategy consultation, and expert witness testimony. He works in technology generally, and often, but not always, in collaboration with game and e-commerce companies.
