Dr. Eliza Filby is a historian of generations and contemporary values. She received her PhD from the University of Warwick and has taught at King’s College London and Renmin Uni in Beijing. She specialises in ‘generational intelligence’, enabling companies to understand generational shifts within consumerism, society, and the workplace. Eliza has worked with companies as varied as the UK’s Royal Household to the Harry Potter franchise. She has delivered speeches to the FT Forum and given evidence to the EU council and UK Parliament. She has written for The Financial Times and The Guardian, has a fortnightly newsletter, and hosts the It’s All Relative podcast.
