Marketing expert focused on consumer psychology and decision-making
Dr. Ryan Hamilton is an associate professor of marketing at Emory’s Goizueta Business School, where he researches consumer decision-making. He is interested in consumer psychology and how that affects consumer decisions at the point of purchase. His research and teaching have touched on topics related to branding, pricing, marketing strategy, retailing, and customer experience. He has produced video classes for The Great Courses and co-hosts a weekly podcast on behavioural economics and customer experience called The Intuitive Customer.
