While resale grows, brands are working hard to remain a part of a shopper's purchasing journey, with luxury consumers needing harder incentives to purchase first-hand. According to a Canvas8 survey from December 2023, 21% of HNWIs in the US have turned to resale to get a better price in the last three months, as opposed to only 11% of the general population.
