Janek Seevaratnam is a senior corporate adviser for the Charities Aid Foundation, where he helps companies build social purpose through CR and sustainability strategies.
Kadian Pow is a queer, Black femme who has lived in three different countries. She is currently a lecturer at Birmingham City University, where she teaches courses in sociology and Black studies. She hails from Kingston, Jamaica but spent the majority of her life in Washington DC. Prior to moving to the UK and earning her PhD, Kadian focused on informal education and inclusion at such institutions as the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Smithsonian, the Barber Institute, and the University of Birmingham. She is also the founder and managing director of her own beauty brand, Bourn Beautiful Naturals.
Dr. Ruth Mourik holds a PhD in systemic technological and societal transition processes and is the founder of DuneWorks, a private research organisation that specialises in the societal aspects of transitions towards an inclusive and sustainable climate.
Louis Tozer is a senior behavioural analyst on the social sciences team at Canvas8. Trained as a social historian, he has a background in qualitative research, and after an early career spent at the Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory in Belgrade, he made the crossover into cultural insights. Outside of Canvas8, he can be found down the swimming pool, fixing his bike, or complaining to his friends.
