Why are we still eating ultra-processed food?

Thanks to a cost-of-living crisis, inflation, and sheer convenience, ultra-processed food is consumed en masse in Britain, despite research linking it to an increased risk of death by diseases such as cancer and obesity. Can the UK fix its broken food system and provide nutritious food and drink?
