What does longevity look like in 2024?

Longevity has become a buzzword within the fitness industry, with people spending increasing amounts on maintaining optimum wellness. While ‘health-hacking’ has previously been reserved for an elite clientele, how can brands capitalise on this interest and bring longevity to the masses?

Fouzhan Shadidi

Fouzhan Shadidi is a biohacking health coach at OptimallyMe, a personalised health company. She has a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and a master's degree in clinical drug development. Shadidi specialises in female health optimisation and works to optimise female health through a holistic approach.

Leslie Kenny

Leslie Kenny is a co-founder of the Oxford Longevity Project, a non-profit organisation that brings together scientists to discuss the science of ageing. She’s an autoimmune disease survivor, a certified health coach, and the founder of Oxford Healthspan, a nutraceutical company bringing health span-promoting molecules to market. Leslie has a Harvard MBA and a BA from Berkeley.

Amanda Wilding

Dr. Amanda Wilding is a performance psychologist for Southampton Football Club. She’s worked with a range of athletes, including the women's first football team in its bid to become national league champions and gain promotion to the Women's Championship. She is also a senior lecturer at Bournemouth University.
