40 million tonnes of food is wasted a year in the US alone, and between 30% and 50% of food is wasted globally. Solveiga Pakstaite, winner of the 2014 UK James Dyson Award, has created a bioreactive label to help solve this problem - when the label is bumpy, your food is off.
