US colleges offer first esports scholarshipsLong written off as an obsession particular to Korea, China and Japan, professional gaming is now making itself known in Europe and the U.S. Following China’s Chongqing Energy College, in 2015, two US universities are introducing the nation’s first esports gaming scholarships.
