Pret eyes veggie expansion with Eat acquisitionPret a Manger has purchased rival brand Eat with a view to expanding Veggie Pret. The move comes as vegan and vegetarian diets become increasingly mainstream. As people want brands to provide plant-based options, food stores are wise to cater to this growing demand.
