Cinema industry expert in accessibility, safety, education, and sustainability
James Connor has five years experience as the policy executive at the UK Cinema Association. He leads on a number of key areas, including accessibility, cinema security and safety, cinema/film education, training and environmental sustainability. James regularly contributes to and supports the European Trade Association for cinema's marketing, circular economy and technology working groups and activity. In addition to this, James has project managed a range of sector-wide programs and initiatives, including a challenge fund looking to find smart solutions to subtitling in cinema and the launch of an accessible screenings listings website – the first of its kind.
