Dr. Sara Grimes is the Wolfe Chair in Scientific and Technological Literacy, a Full Professor, and Director of the Kids Play Tech Lab at McGill University. She's a globally recognised expert on children’s digital play, creativity, and culture and the author of the award-winning book Digital Playgrounds (UTPress, 2021). Her research explores the design, regulation, and use of digital media and technologies made for and by children and the impacts on children's rights, wellbeing, and learning.
