Creativity is something we regard as uniquely human, but new developments in AI are shaking up the world of art, literature, and music. Canvas8 spoke to Marcus du Sautoy, the author of The Creativity Code, to understand how machine learning could expand our creative potential.
Marcus du Sautoy is a professor of mathematics at the University of Oxford and the Simonyi Professor for the Public Understanding of Science. In 2009, the Royal Society awarded him the Faraday Prize for excellence in communicating science to the public and in 2010, he was given an OBE from the Queen for his services to science.
