John Surico writes about our changing cities. He is a professor and programme coordinator at New York University's Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, where he teaches urban-focused reporting. He is the Scholar-in-Residence at the Central Park Conservancy's Institute for Urban Parks, where he provides research and analysis for urban spaces around the US. His work has been published in The New York Times, The Guardian, Bloomberg CityLab, and elsewhere. He is also a local community organizer working to create more equitable open space in Western Queens.

Dr. Susan Kenyon is the principal lecturer in transport, society, and politics at Canterbury Christ Church University with a background in the behaviour change of travel and mobility exclusion. She was formerly a behaviour change consultant for Transport for London.

Claudia Adriazola-Steil is the director of health and road safety at the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, where she focuses on the intersection of sustainable mobility, climate change, public health and equity.

Jared Tanna is an associate insight director at Canvas8. He leads Canvas8's cultural insight work for Google and has worked closely with government agencies such as the Irish Food Board and UK Sport. He has a background in qual research, specialising in creative development and brand strategy. When he’s not badgering people for their opinions, you can find him reading, analysing, and (sometimes) writing screenplays.
