Debbie Hopkins is an associate professor at the University of Oxford, where she has worked since 2016. She is a human geographer and environmental social scientist interested in the spatial dimensions of interdisciplinary scholarship. Her work is motivated by environmental sustainability and climate breakdown and is particularly focused on just responses. Debbie writes extensively on issues relating to transport and mobility, including tourism, freight, logistics, and aviation, as well as energy systems.
