Oscars speech calls out lack of diversity in Hollywood

In her Oscars acceptance speech, actor Frances McDormand highlighted the lack of diversity in film during the 2018 awards season. After a scandal-hit year, the industry must take note or risk losing the attention and support of younger generations, for whom inclusivity is a priority.
