Germans are more sedentary yet believe they’re healthy

A sedentary lifestyle is becoming more commonplace in Germany as a report by insurers DKV has found that Germans are spending around 7.5 hours a day sitting down – half an hour more than they were two years ago. But many Germans say this isn’t a problem, believing they’re still fit and healthy.
