The food service segment in India is now showing annual growth rates of between 20% and 25%. Arvind Singhal – whose firm conducted research around this topic – is now looking beyond the numbers and into the cultural and economic drivers behind this surge in casual dining.

Arvind is the founder and chairman of Technopak, an Indian management consultancy focused on private consumption, consumers, retail, and food services.
