Why are Australians embracing locally made spirits?

Post-pandemic, locally made spirits and RTDs are capturing the hearts of Australians who are better educated, more willing to spend, and seeking experiences to add value to their choices. How can brands tap into consumer enthusiasm in this sector and capitalise on key trends?

Trent Carroll

Trent Carroll is managing director at Banks and Bloom. He has extensive experience in beverage marketing and manufacturing, product development, and distribution. He is the founder of several beverage companies, including The Local Drinks Co., Yallingyup Cider Co., as well as the founder and brewer of Rok Kombucha in Margaret River.
