Amid busy schedules and persistent inflation, Britons are embracing treat culture for indulgence. Yet they’re still conscious about their snack choices as they seek a more flexible approach to nutrition. Canvas8 spoke to eight Britons to explore how the culture around snacks and meals is shifting.
Flavia Russo is a behavioural analyst at Canvas8. After gaining her MSc in international development from KCL, she worked as a translator and researcher in the non-profit and political risk sectors.
