Do more with less! The science of ‘nolo’ drink perceptions

Many health-conscious individuals are reducing their alcohol intake and adopting more moderate lifestyles, but what are they looking for in alcohol-free offerings? Canvas8 spoke to Dr. Scott Taylor Jr. about perceptions of low-and-no craft beers and what may lead people to change up their habits.

Scott Taylor Jr.

Dr. Scott Taylor Jr. is an assistant professor and graduate programme director at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Carolina. He also serves as the assistant director of the Wine & Beverage Institute and is the associate director of the International Institute of Food Service Research and Education.
