How Gen Z is embracing wellness travel for rest

With UK Gen Z workers struggling to maintain a work-life balance post-pandemic, the younger generation is turning to wellness to solve their problems and looking for travel experiences that provide rest and relaxation. How can the leisure industry capitalise on this growing interest?

Andrew Stevenson
